Great First Impression
Recently moved from out of state and ha my car in for a minor service Wednesday and was so impressed by the way I was treated. Then today at The Jersey Animal Coalition I ran into someone who had adopted one of our dogs and noticed the Smythe brand on her Volvo. I asked her about her experience with Smythe and she said that she would nver buy from anyone else again and that she has offered to be in one of your commercials - just wanted to say thank you for teh great service and glad to find such a great place!

Amazing Service
I am a regular traveler to the Morristown area. This week I have my 2005 XC 90. Unfortunately with the cold weather, the tail gate would not shut. With a tight schedule involving immediate travel, I called Smythe in desperation. Although they had a packed service schedule, they told me to come on down and they would take a look at it. I brought it right in and they fixed it in a matter of minutes.
This level of service is outstanding, and it is the service that keeps a buyer coming back. I will be sure to tell many of the people I deal with about the exceptional service that was provided to a person traveling through the area.

Kevin saved the day and got me an amazing Volvo
Just wanted to thank Kevin for personally taking on a problem I had with an older Volvo, and who got me into a brand new 2012 S60 which I couldn't be happier with. So refreshing to get service directly from the president & owner of the dealership, Smythe is a definite winner!

For example, they called to remind me of my scheduled service date, as well as, sent me an e-mail of the items to be serviced. Thereafter, they followed-up with an e-mail detailing the services completed, which made it easy to understand. They're the best!
