Great experience. We are repeat Smythe Volvo customers. This is the 4th car bought from Smythe Volvo. The owners, the Flanagan Family, have always been fair and direct in sales and have provided excellent customer service.
Bob Cerza is the example of "superb" customer service. I entered the dealership just to see the interior of the S60 Inscription. I didn't want to waste his time as I was just there to look. Bob allowed me the time to browse and later checked on me to see if I had any question. He answered all questions I had and treated me as if I was there to purchase. I had his undivided attention!! Bob even quoted me a price that I couldn't resist. Needless to say I'm now the proud owner of a S60 Inscription. This was the absolute best car purchase I have ever had. The process was pain free thanks to Bob. His customer service didn't end after the purchase. Bob has checked to make sure I'm still loving my car, not once, but twice. He even suggested if I had any questions about the functions of the car to come back in and he would be glad to go over them with me again. I usually remove any signage of the dealership where the car was purchased, but not this time. This is my way of saying "Thank you" for extraordinary customer service. Hats off to you Bob!! You are my Salesman of the year!!
Recently returned a 2014 car at the end of its lease, and leased a 2017 model of the same car. Both times, got the car I wanted with the features I wanted at the price I was looking for without hassle. Everyone I worked with was straightforward, and the maintenance service over the initial lease term was a breeze.
My family are long time customers of Smythe! I bought 2 cars from Chris Henriksen and regularly have my car serviced there. My mother and sister have done the same. My latest visit involved buying a certified pre-owned car, which I was originally skeptical about with the issues of buying used cars, however I felt at ease that I was able to trust that whatever issues disclosed were taken cared of before the car was sold to me due to my family's relationship with the sales & service team at Smythe. So far I haven't had issues (knock on wood) with my "new" car, so thank you again to everyone at Smythe, especially Chris who sold me my latest vehicle!

I have always wanted a Volvo from Smythe. My family has had 6 Volvos among us. Not until 2014 was I able to purchase my 1st Smythe Volvo from Chris Henricksen. I was sold by Chris's low-key demeanor. along with a wealth of knowledge. This led to my sister purchasing from Chris., not caring for the sales staff at her previous dealer. Chris knows how to manage the fine line between attentiveness and letting us decide on our own. It's a pleasant experience that one doesn't usually associate with purchasing a car.
